The light within

An amazing goddess comes into my life.
Beaming so bright.
A jewel, a princess, a high priestess
She knows this is her rite.

Yes, this light within,
I can see even from here.
Far up in the Redwoods
Where the air is so clear.

She is such a tease!
She knows how to please….
One who can awaken mankind.
For her it is another day’s work,
So she can then relax & unwind.

She has so much…
What is it that her heart inspires?
A partner who can match her?
Is that even important any more?
Can she surrender to her deep desires?

This light within her knows there is choice.
She speaks well with her strong yet gentle voice.
Truly living in the moment, now this moment, and now this moment.
As I brush her hair, and then slowly stroke and comb it.

There is this inner cup of light,
That is growing into the size now of a bowl.
Sometimes there is a feeling of the unknown, of fright.
But then the light takes over, knowing we have reached one goal.

So this light within,
Glowing from its source.
But where does it come from?
But from inside our hearts, of course….
